’t Gooi Estate Rentals provides a personal, stress free service to expats when it comes to homefinding in ’t Gooi and surrounding. From the start of the search until the handover of the keys to your new home. We assist relocation companies and private individuals working for international companies.

Finding a rental property in ’t Gooi and surrounding can be a challenge when an expat arrives from abroad. Rental contracts are usually provided in the Dutch language and are filled with applicable Dutch laws and legislation. 

How we work:
We will assist from the start (setting up the homesearch) until the end (key handover). After an intake, in which we will discuss the housing  requirements. We actively propose available properties which apply to the criteria of the expat, we set up a housing tour, assist with the do’s and don’ts , the rental agreement and assist with the check in.
